He studied at the University of Patras (Department of Chemistry) and the University of Oxford (D.Phil., Natural Sciences and Chemistry). He began his career as an executive for the creation and consolidation of the National Documentation Centre (http://ekt.gr/) which stands for the contribution of the "National Archive of PhD theses" and the Community program Hellenic Relay Antenna (HERA), which led to the opening of two centers of innovation in Greece. He continued as General Manager for the implementation of a business plan for the creation, organization and operation of the first Patras Science Park, for the promotion and exploitation of technologies, business innovation and sustainable business development. He then worked as a Manager in the Information Society S.A. and returned to sustainable growth through innovation, as Director. He developed the Eastern Thessaloniki Innovation Zone and worked as a consultant for innovative strength in new businesses (start-ups). Since 2006, he has been working on issues of creating carbon rights (Kyoto flexible mechanisms, voluntary programs), the management of greenhouse gases, to support companies to adapt to climate change, sustainable development, entrepreneurship and corporate social responsibility. In 2009, he co-founded the Green Evolution SA, offering specialized technical and financial services. The company is engaged in the business support of "green" investments, sustainable development, carbon footprint, integrating technological and organizational innovation in the market and obtaining a "green" brand. Currently, he is engaged in the development of a framework with practical guidelines, criteria and indicators, which allows a company to effectively implement a profitable path to sustainable tourism.
