He is a graduate of AUA, majoring in Agricultural Economics. He holds a Master Degree (M.Sc.) with specialization in Agricultural Economics and Politics of the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania (MAICh) and Ph.D. in Environmental Economics from the University of Newcastle in the UK. He has worked as a researcher at Macaulay Land Use Research Institute (Aberdeen) and Specialist at the AUA and the University of Ioannina. In AUA, he teaches the course "Economics of Natural Resources and Environment" and co-teaches the course "Agricultural Economics and Policy".

 

Research Interests: Analysis and design of environmental policy with emphasis on interdisciplinary approach to environmental problems.
